How can I get in touch?
We are pretty good at responding to customer questions.

When will my order be delivered?
We only ship in the UK. Your order will be packaged securely and delivered where you specify. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
What fabric is used on the loungewear?
- 100% cotton fabric for the Kikoys, where a dye is applied to the cotton yarn, then weaved into our iconic kikoi fabric pattern.
- 100% cotton wax printed fabric for the Kitenge.
- The packaging for shipping is made from recyclable kraftpaper.

What is the fabric care instructions?
100% cotton: 30° wash, low heat iron on reverse, don't tumble dry.
What shipping do you offer?
Shipping is via Royal Mail parcel, Tracked 24 at £4.95. Tracked 48 at £3.95.
What is your returns policy
- 30 day returns policy for refunds and exchanges. Items must be unworn and in original state they were bought in, including tags. Proof of purchase is required for a refund or exchange.
- We don't cover returns cost or refund delivery costs.
